All Sales Final

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Punctuality Matters

The event begins promptly. Round 1 will start 15 minutes after the posted event time.

Any player not seated at the start of Round 1 will receive an automatic Game Loss for that round.

Deck & Format Legality

Players are solely responsible for bringing a legal deck that complies with the current format and ban list.

Illegal decks may result in penalties or disqualification.

Rulings & Conduct

Judge and Tournament Organizer rulings are final.

Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or cheating will result in penalties up to and including disqualification without refund.

Prizes & Drops

Prize support is based on attendance and subject to change at the discretion of Apollo’s Vault.

Players who drop from the event forfeit eligibility for any prizes.

Trading & Sales

Trading between players is allowed but at your own risk.

Outside sealed product sales are strictly prohibited on premises.

Media & Store Policy

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for Apollo’s Vault event coverage.

Apollo’s Vault reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at our discretion.
